Jessica Metoyer
Jessica Metoyer graduated from U.C. Law SF (formerly Hastings College of Law) with J.D. cum laude in 1993 and became a member of the State Bar of California the same year. She has practiced Family Law throughout her career. She was certified as a Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization in September 2007.
Jessica is an experienced mediator, consulting attorney, resolution coach, and Parenting Coordinator, and serves also as Special Master, arbitrator, and recommending mediator. She concentrates on complex property and support issues, mediation, child-centered resolutions in custody cases, legal coaching for self-represented parties, and pre- and post-marital agreements in all San Francisco Bay Area counties. Her approach is collaborative and focused on saving costs and time by avoiding litigation when possible.
Jessica volunteers regularly as a Settlement Officer in the Unified Family Court of the San Francisco Superior Court, as well as serving several non-profit organizations outside the practice of law.

Nicki Griffin
Originally from Colorado, Nicki Griffin came to San Francisco to attend University of San Francisco School of Law, where she first became interested in practicing family law. She has pursued the practice of family law since 2016, after becoming a member of the California Bar in 2015.
Nicki has been elected to be a SuperLawyer Rising Star by her peers.
Nicki clerked with the San Francisco Unified Family Court, and has experience mediating for pro-per litigants in San Francisco and Marin counties. After law school, she worked at a small family law firm in the East Bay where she provided guidance and advice to self-represented parties, mediation assistance, and direct representation and advocacy. She continues her practice at Metoyer Law Offices, where she represents clients in issues related to property division, child and spousal support, and child custody and visitation.
